1) I can ONLY whitelist videos with active claims on them. In other words, your video should be uploaded as either UNLISTED or PUBLIC on YouTube and already have a copyright claim before submitting this form

2) This is a ONE-TIME use license, so it only applies to 1 video

3) You must fill out 1 form per song i.e. if a single video uses 3 different songs of mine, you must obtain 3 separate licenses for that one video

4) Claims are not removed instantly; it may take anywhere from a few hours to a few business days, so make sure to plan accordingly (see FAQ for more info on this)

"Can I license a song and use it multiple times in my video?"

Yes.

"Can I license your song as the intro and/or outro for my channel?"

Unfortunately I can't whitelist your whole channel, only individual videos. Plus, those videos have to be uploaded to YouTube already with an active copyright claim on them from me. So basically, you would have to pay in advance and then reach out every time you upload a new video using the intro/outro so that I can remove the claim. Having to deal with that doesn't sound like too much fun for anyone.

"Once I have obtained a license, how is the claim removed? How long will it take?"

If the song you are interested in is not listed in the next section, then please do the following before submitting:

1) Check my YouTube and/or SoundCloud upload description for the correct licensing information; I might not be the person you should be contacting!

If the description sends you back to me, then one of the following is true:

a) There might be a version that I could license (if not already listed) that is different to what you may have heard elsewhere. Feel free to submit this form and find out if this is a possibility, although I can't guarantee that you'll want to proceed with the newer version

b) It is not available for licensing at all OR it's not listed because I didn't think anyone would want to use it lol
